Fair Use & Image Usage Policy
Last updated: September 2026
ALPHAStack Magazine is an independent business and entrepreneurship publication. Our articles cover companies, brands, products, people, events, and developments that matter to entrepreneurs and business owners.
Image Usage & Fair Use
Images appearing alongside ALPHAStack articles are selected to provide visual context and help readers understand the subject of the corresponding story.
ALPHAStack may use images in connection with news reporting, commentary, criticism, education, and other editorial purposes where we believe the use is permitted under applicable copyright law, including the fair use provisions of Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act.
Fair use is a case-by-case legal determination. The fact that an image is publicly available online, appears on a company's social media account, or relates to a newsworthy subject does not, by itself, establish that its use is fair.
Where applicable, ALPHAStack considers the purpose of the use, the nature of the copyrighted work, the amount used, and the potential effect on the market for the original work.
Our editorial images are intended to illustrate and support the reporting, commentary, or discussion presented in the associated article. They are not intended to replace the original work, imply ownership of another party's intellectual property, or suggest endorsement by the company, brand, or individual depicted.
Public Domain & Licensed Images
In addition to editorial imagery, ALPHAStack may use images made available under public domain or other applicable usage permissions, including images sourced from platforms such as Unsplash.
Images identified as public domain or available under a license are used in accordance with the applicable rights and license terms, where known.
The copyright status and licensing terms of individual images may vary. ALPHAStack does not claim ownership of third-party images unless expressly stated.
Copyright & Removal Requests
We respect the intellectual property rights of photographers, creators, companies, and other copyright holders.
